Requirements: High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline an asset; 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment; passion for fashion and exceptional customer service; organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; flexibility, innovation, and ability to adapt to changing business environments; ability to promote participation, creativity, and collaborative learning; proficiency in social media, mobile devices, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open-Office; availability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
