Requirements: High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset; 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment; passionate about fashion and providing exceptional customer service; strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; flexibility, innovation, and ability to adapt to changing business environments; ability to promote a collaborative and creative work environment; proficiency in social media, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
