Position: GAMING BARTENDER
About: FINE ENTERTAINMENT MANAGEMENT is seeking a Bartender to join their team in Henderson, NV. The Bartender will be responsible for making and serving food and beverages while providing exceptional guest service in a dynamic and engaging environment. They will also assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area and supporting team members with various tasks as needed.
Requirements: Must be 21 years or older; Previous experience as a Bartender or Apprentice Bartender is preferred; Excellent customer service and communication skills required; Ability to communicate effectively with guests and meet their immediate needs; Previous money-handling and cash register experience preferred; Must possess a valid Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM, ACT, or other qualifying card); Must possess a valid Health Card issued by the Southern Nevada Health District; Must possess a valid Non-Gaming card issued by the LVMPD (Sheriff’s Card); Physical ability to reach, stoop, bend, lift, and clean during shift activities; Must be fluent in English
