About: ALDI is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to train on all aspects of successfully running a store, supervising day-to-day activities, managing schedules, and mentoring the team. The role offers a competitive starting wage and potential earning of up to $99,000 in the first year.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a minimum of 3 years progressive experience in a retail environment; prior management experience preferred
