Position: Full-Time Store Manager Trainee
About: ALDI, a leading global discount supermarket chain, is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a minimum of 3 years of progressive retail experience; combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge; prior management experience preferred; ability to work independently and within a team environment; ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures; proficient in operating a cash register and equipment; meets state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
