Position: Full-Time Store Manager Trainee
About: As a Store Manager Trainee at ALDI, you will train on all aspects of successfully running a store in preparation for managing your own store. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, identifying staffing needs, managing schedules, developing operational action plans, and mentoring the team.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment; prior management experience preferred
