Position: Full-Time Store Manager Trainee
About: ALDI is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to train on all aspects of running a store, supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring store performance, identifying staffing needs, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while mentoring the team. Full-time position with an estimated 45 hours per week and starting wage of $28.50 per hour. Earning potential in year 1 up to $105,500 including salary and applicable bonuses. Travel within divisional requirements may be necessary for training.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a minimum of 3 years of progressive retail experience; prior management experience preferred; ability to work independently and within a team environment; ability to provide excellent customer service and lead a team effectively; understanding and application of company policies and procedures; cash register operation and equipment handling proficiency; ability to meet state and local requirements for alcoholic beverage handling and sales
