Position: Full-Time Store Manager Trainee
About: ALDI, a well-known grocery store chain, is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to train on all aspects of successfully running a store in preparation for managing their own store. The role involves supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, identifying staffing needs, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans while mentoring and developing the team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment; prior management experience preferred
