Position: Full-Time Store Manager Trainee
About: ALDI, a renowned retail company, is seeking a dedicated and driven Store Manager Trainee to undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management with the goal of leading their own store. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, ensuring superior customer service, managing staffing requirements, creating operational strategies, and nurturing team development.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment; a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge; prior management experience preferred; ability to work both independently and within a team environment; ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures; ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately; meets any state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages
