Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in meat and seafood cutting and preparation; knowledge of retail cutting techniques and food safety regulations; ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, operate meat equipment, work in cold temperatures, and engage in customer service; strong judgment, decision-making, memorization, and reading skills
