Position: Full Time Make Ready/Porter
About: Jefferson Manor Apartments is currently seeking a Make Ready/Porter to join their team. The role involves responding to and completing residential service requests promptly, painting, maintaining grounds and common areas, and providing excellent customer service to residents.
Requirements: At least 2 plus years of onsite maintenance experience; ability to respond promptly to residential service requests; proficiency in painting and grounds upkeep; exceptional customer service skills
