Position: Full Time Lead Barista
About: Harris Teeter is seeking a full-time Supervisor to assist with managing and supervising associates in the Starbucks Department. The role involves overseeing the department’s overall direction, coordination, and evaluation, including ordering and receiving products, completing paperwork, and conducting training. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing excellent customer service, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be willing to engage in community activities to enhance the store’s position.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three years of related experience and/or training; commitment to customer service; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read and write in English; basic mathematical and reasoning skills; AST certification required
