About: The John H. Boner Community Center (JBNC) is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Specialist to ensure their properties remain sparkling, safe, and inviting for residents and visitors. This role is essential for maintaining high standards across community spaces and multifamily units.
Requirements: At least 1 year of professional housekeeping experience; strong skills in cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining various types of flooring and surfaces; ability to work independently and manage time effectively; attention to detail and commitment to safety; physical stamina for manual labor and working in various weather conditions; excellent communication and customer service skills; must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
