Position: Full-Time Food Service Host
About: Responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction with food service utilizing customer service skills. Delivers and serves nutritionally appropriate and attractive meals in a timely manner. Practices appropriate food handling techniques and food safety procedures in all aspects of the job.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; work permit required if under 18 years old; adherence to hand hygiene and infection control procedures; effective communication of customer complaints and concerns; sanitation and safety procedures knowledge; customer service skills in responding to meal service requests; timely serving of meals with adherence to quality and temperature standards
