Position: Full time Day porter
About: The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the building and completing assigned daily duties, including team and individual cleaning. Constant communication with the supervisor is essential.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to follow assigned job duties, cross train in different areas, provide excellent customer service, identify and report broken equipment, perform various cleaning tasks effectively, demonstrate self-motivation, positive attitude, attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, effective communication with the supervisor, and ability to learn and utilize machines/equipment properly.
