Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively; detail-oriented and organized; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with property management software is a plus; willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
