Position: Full Time Barista
About: Starbucks is seeking a full-time Stocker/Customer Service Representative to join their team in preparing, processing, packaging, and stocking products according to Starbucks Standards. This role also involves providing customer service, maintaining cleanliness, unloading stock, and following Starbucks Standards for salvaging products.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience; exceptional interpersonal skills; willingness to participate in required training and work collaboratively to enhance customer satisfaction and sales; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; basic mathematical skills; strong reasoning ability; certification in IST or AST; physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, lift up to 30 pounds occasionally up to 50 pounds, and have specific vision abilities; ability to work in a moderate environment exposed to varying temperatures, mechanical parts, fumes, and noise levels.
