Position: Full Time Barista
About: Starbucks is currently seeking a full-time Associate to join their team. The role involves preparing, processing, packaging, and stocking products according to Starbucks Standards, providing customer service, cleaning work areas, unloading and reloading stock. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal skills, participate in required training, and collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; basic mathematical skills; ability to follow instructions and solve problems in standardized situations; must complete Company’s training programs and be IST or AST certified; ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly (occasionally up to 50 pounds); comfortable working in various environmental conditions including exposure to hot, cool, and extreme cold temperatures, moving parts, and chemicals.
