Position: Full Time Baker
About: This is a full-time position at a company responsible for baking products according to standards and processing, packaging, and stocking Fresh Foods products. The role also involves cleaning work areas, providing customer service, unloading stock, and reloading salvage. Associates must be at least 18 years of age to apply for this position.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training preferred; exceptional interpersonal skills and willingness to participate in required training; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; basic mathematical skills for handling American money and weight measurement; strong reasoning ability and problem-solving skills; must complete company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge.
