Position: Full-Time Assistant Store Manager
About: ALDI is currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their team. This role involves key store management responsibilities such as supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans while identifying training opportunities to support team growth and development.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment; prior management experience preferred
