Position: Full-Time Assistant Store Manager
About: ALDI, a retail store chain, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join their team. The role involves managing day-to-day store activities, improving overall store performance, developing operational plans, and training the team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; minimum of 3 years progressive experience in a retail environment; ability to provide excellent customer service, lead a team, and interpret company policies; prior management experience preferred
