Position: Full Time Assistant Manager

Requirements: Supports staff training and supervision as assigned; Supports implementation of strategies to meet production and sales goals; Assists manager with store maintenance, safety, security, cleanliness, appearance, and utility; Ensures store compliance with OSHA and Salvation Army safety and security policies; Implements customer development and retention plans; Communicates effectively with Store Manager on all store operations aspects; Works flexible schedule including early shifts, late shifts, and weekends; Collaborates with the store manager to manage expenses within budget; Protects resources through product control procedures to prevent shrinkage; Supports The Salvation Army’s mission statement; Performs other duties as assigned
