About: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Service Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
Requirements: 1+ years of experience in full-service casual restaurant management required; strong leadership and interpersonal skills; exceptional customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; strong organizational and time management skills; experience with inventory management and financial reporting a plus; ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays required; must be 18 years of age or older.
