Position: Fulfillment Team Member
About: At Sightglass, a renowned coffee company that meticulously crafts each aspect of its operations from sourcing to serving, we are seeking a part-time Fulfillment Team Member to join our team. This position is crucial for our wholesale distribution, cafe service, and packaging. The successful candidate will work closely with our Fulfillment Team Supervisor and Roastery Department to ensure efficient order fulfillment and maintain our high standards of quality.
Requirements: Passionate about coffee with a desire to learn more; ability to work full-time with occasional weekends and some evenings; maturity to use discretion and diplomacy; able to work a flexible schedule; able to work shifts while standing or walking, operate equipment, lift and carry weights, and maneuver effectively around the workspace
