Requirements: Bilingual (English Spanish Fluency); Experience in cold storage, operations, logistics, or a similar role; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and leadership abilities; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Proficiency in relevant tools and software (e.g., operational dashboards, reporting tools).
