Position: Fulfillment Operations Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field preferred; bilingual (English/Spanish fluency); experience in cold storage, operations, logistics, or similar role; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and leadership abilities; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; proficiency in relevant tools and software (e.g., operational dashboards, reporting tools).
