Position: Fulfillment & Logistics Manager
About: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Fulfillment & Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end movement and management of inventory across multiple channels. This role involves coordinating inbound international shipments, monitoring inventory across various locations, and ensuring a smooth flow of goods from supplier to customer. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, analytical, and experienced in working with global freight, 3PLs, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations (e-commerce or consumer goods preferred); Strong knowledge of international freight (ocean & air), customs clearance, and DDP/DDU shipments; Experience working with 3PLs, Amazon FBA, and inventory management systems (NetSuite a plus); Excellent analytical skills; Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities; Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
