Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; exposure to restaurant operations or the ability to learn; age over 18 years or proper work permit and authorization documentation; clear background clearances as required by government regulations; health screening and negative TB test results; basic counting skills; good communication skills in English; ability to operate standard serving equipment; tactful and professional demeanor with residents and team members; compliance with state-specific regulatory requirements; physical ability to perform job requirements including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
