Position: FT Cook 1 Signature (Fine Dining) – Walt Disney World

We are currently looking for Cook 1 Signature Dining Cast Members who bring a passion for culinary arts and a desire to learn that will help deliver Disney-quality meals and quality Guest service. Culinary Cast Members at Disney experience a world of options in Hotels and Theme Parks, encompassing cuisines from around the world including Five-Diamond dining.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; Conversational communication skills are required; Minimum 2 years of recent line cook experience; Knowledge of variety of kitchen equipment; Proficiency in all stations of the line; Knowledge of modern and classical cooking techniques; Knowledge of butchering experience; Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines including temperature requirements and HACCP; Elevated plating techniques; Advanced product identification and seasonal availability; Stock and sauce refinement
