Position: FT Baker – PHL – Fishtown
About: La Colombe, a leading coffee roaster, is hiring a Baker for their Flagship Café in Fishtown. The Baker will be responsible for creating a variety of artisan bread in a fast-paced environment with early morning hours, weekends, and holidays. La Colombe, known for its quality coffee and ethical practices, operates 32 cafés across various cities.
Requirements: At least 2 years of shaping and baking in a high-volume artisan bakery; Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment; Excellent verbal communication skills
