Position: FSQA Supervisor (ready-to-eat Food Manufacturing #33734)
About: A Global Food Wholesale company in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Supervisor (FSQA Manager) to oversee quality assurance and food safety processes in compliance with HACCP, USDA, and FDA regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating with regulatory agents, developing HACCP plans, managing product recalls, overseeing inspections, and training employees on policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure operational sanitation standards, investigate failures, and adapt programs to regulatory changes.
Requirements: HACCP Certification; SQF Practitioner Certification; PCQI Certification; Familiarity with FDA, GMP, HACCP, and SQF requirements; Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field preferred; Basic knowledge of Food Laws and Regulations; Understanding of inputs, outputs, raw materials, waste management, quality control, costs, and distribution techniques
