Position: FSOP – Region Manager
About: The Regional FSOP Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and leading the Foodservice On-Premise “FSOP” and National Specialty Retail “NSR” businesses for a designated region in the US. The position focuses on the sale of Monster products across all classes of trade under FSOP (Corporate Cafeterias, Hospitals, Colleges, Independent/National Restaurants, Vending) with a focus on Compass, Sodexo, and Aramark accounts and National Specialty Retail Account (Home Depot, Best Buy). The distribution network includes current Monster distribution partners (Coca-Cola Bottlers) as well as broad-line distributors (Sysco, US Foods, Gordon’s, etc.) for FSOP Channel.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; experience in foodservice sales or similar industry preferred; strong knowledge of sales strategies, account planning, and marketing implementation; excellent communication, negotiation, and business review skills; ability to manage multiple demands effectively
