Position: Frozen Foods Manager
About: The Frozen Foods Manager at a grocery store is responsible for guest relations and satisfaction by overseeing the efficient, safe, and profitable operations of the Frozen Foods Department. This role involves coordinating human relations within the department and ensuring compliance with company and department policies.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; High School Diploma or equivalent; Minimum of 1 years’ experience in grocery or dairy department; Ability to work various hours/shifts, including weekends and holidays; Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 75 lbs. and push and pull up to 100 lbs; Must maintain Certified Food Safety Manager certification
