Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; friendly, hardworking, and hospitality-driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment; flexible availability to work various shifts including mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays; problem-solving skills with a courteous, dignified, and respectful approach to handling customer matters
