Position: Front Office Supervisor – Hotel Zeppelin
About: Hotel Zeppelin, a vibrant and vivacious hub in San Francisco celebrating the city’s counterculture, is looking for a full-time Guest Services (Front Desk) Supervisor to join their team and provide excellent service to guests.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent experience; 1 or more full years of employment experience in a related position; understanding of all hotel front office procedures; high school graduate level mathematical aptitude; knowledge of standard cash handling procedures and computerized cash register systems; past experience in dealing directly with the public; knowledge of company/hotel policies and procedures; supervision/management skills; ability to communicate information and hotel services effectively; computer, calculator, and telephone operation skills
