Position: Front Office Receptionist
About: N2 Aesthetics is a luxury medical aesthetic destination dedicated to providing exceptional injection, laser, and skincare services to our patients. Our approach is centered on the belief that beauty is about renewing one’s sense of self. We are currently looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join our team and play a crucial role in patient services in our patient-facing environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 3+ years of experience in a medical, plastic surgery, or MedSpa setting (required); strong customer service background with a focus on high-end patient care; prior experience handling front desk operations, scheduling, and patient communication; experience with IntakeQ EMR is a plus
