Position: Front Office Reception

About: Patient Services Representative position at a medical office with a customer service orientation, responsible for registering patients, answering the telephone, preparing the office for the day, scheduling patient appointments, collecting payment, and post charges and payments according to policy. The employee is also involved in scheduling patient follow-up appointments, facilitating referral requests, and test scheduling.

Requirements: High school diploma required; minimum of two years of experience in a medical office or customer service position; proven success in handling payment transactions, balancing cash drawers, and managing managed care practices; familiarity with appointment scheduling and basic software applications; ability to handle challenging situations and diverse tasks with efficiency; neat and professional appearance; strong communication skills; bi-lingual is a plus, not required
