Position: Front Office Manager InterContinental Hotel and Conference Center
About: As a Front Office Manager at our hotels, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the front office including guest registration, porter services, business center, telephone services, concierge services, and guest reservations to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/higher education qualification/equivalent in Hotel Management/Business Administration, plus 3 years of Front Office/Guest Service experience including management experience; Must speak fluent English; Other languages preferred
