Position: Front Office Manager
About: InnVentures operates over 75 hotels in 20+ states for various real estate owners, with a focus on managing major hotel brands. They have a strong history of successful management and revenue maximization.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience required; exceptional Customer Service Skills; proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office; ability to work long hours when required; effective communication skills with employees and guests; multitasking and prioritization abilities; adherence to hotel standards and regulations
