Position: Front Office Manager
About: The Westin Birmingham, located at 2221 Richard Arrington Jr. Boulevard N, Birmingham, Alabama, United States, 35203, is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee all front office functions and staff, including bell staff, switchboard operations, guest services/front desk, and retail/gift shop. The ideal candidate will lead and work with managers and employees to ensure smooth front office operations, prioritize guest and employee satisfaction, and optimize departmental financial performance.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
