About: The Front Office associate at the Grand Hyatt Denver is responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This role involves casual conversation with guests and directly impacts their experience. Duties include processing payments and addressing guest inquiries, making the Front Office associate the face of Hyatt.
