About: American Furniture Warehouse is seeking a Front Office Associate to play a critical customer service role, providing fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers. This position involves efficiently completing sales and service transactions at the cash registers and handling customer issues on the sales floor.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to adhere to asset protection policies, prevent fraud, and ensure a professional appearance; knowledge of company values and ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments; proficiency in using technology such as iPads, Storis, Excel, and Windows; commitment to safety policies, enhancing customer experience, and resolving customer complaints; strong communication and problem-solving skills; physical abilities to stand, sit, lift, and move merchandise for extended periods; basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
