About: DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Carson is currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join their team. The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in welcoming and assisting guests, handling reservations, and providing information about the hotel’s amenities.
Requirements: At least one-year Front Desk Experience as Guest Services Agent, or two years’ experience in the Hospitality field; Experience with Hilton Full-Service PMS systems preferred; High School or GED required; Associates degree in related or business administration preferred; Must clear background screening
