Position: Front of the House Manager
About: The Ritz-Carlton Portland, located at 900 SW Washington St, Portland, Oregon, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to join their luxury hotel team. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills; Ability to manage a diverse team and ensure exceptional customer service; Proficiency in implementing and maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction initiatives.
