Position: Front-of-House Support (Hosts & Bussers)
About: We are hiring for Front-of-House support positions at the Moose’s Tooth, a restaurant committed to providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for guests. As a host, you will be the first point of contact for guests, manage the waitlist, and ensure the flow of the restaurant. As a busser, your primary responsibility is to clean and set up tables in a professional manner and assist with tasks to maintain a clean environment for guests.
Requirements: Must be 16 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card; Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required; Stand and walk for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks; Work in noisy, fast-paced environments; Lift and carry 30+ lbs; Communicate professionally under pressure; Organization and prioritization skills; Good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina; Bend, move quickly, and stop and wipe frequently; Self-motivation and time management skills
