Position: Front of House Restaurant Manager: The Village Pub
About: The Ciconte’s Restaurant Group is seeking Restaurant Managers for their Village Pubs in Swedesboro and Sewell. The ideal candidate should have previous restaurant management experience, excel in hospitality, problem-solving, and staff motivation, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities include managing all restaurant functions, staff motivation, inventory control, revenue maintenance, guest service excellence, and compliance with food and beverage regulations.
Requirements: 3+ years as a Food Service Manager, with bar/liquor experience; strong coaching and training skills; great communication and leadership skills with a cool demeanor under pressure; good understanding of front and back of house operations, focusing on profitability, costs, and overall dining experience; lead by example attitude; hands-on team player; stable and progressive work history; adherence to sanitation procedures and organization standards following Serve Safe guidelines; passion for success in the industry; proactive in suggesting operational improvements
