Position: Front of House Manager
About: The Friendly Toast is an all-day brunch and bar restaurant known for its eclectic, scratch-made menu. Requirements: Experience in restaurant management, including hiring, training, and supervising employees; exceptional customer service skills and ability to foster a positive workplace culture; strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; adept at working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously; knowledge of health and safety regulations, inventory management, and supply ordering; passion for scratch-made food and commitment to inclusivity and welcoming environments
