Requirements: 2 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale concept; High volume background is a plus; Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills; Hands-on experience in hiring, training, and developing hourly employees; Ensure excellent direction in the standards and practices of service at Brennan’s; Effectively open and close the physical operation
