Position: Front of House (FOH) Manager
About: Casa Bonita, an iconic Mexican-themed restaurant and entertainment destination in Lakewood, Colorado, known for its immersive experience featuring dining by a 30-foot-tall indoor waterfall, cliff divers, puppeteers, magicians, and a host of mystical characters. Celebrating its 50th anniversary, Casa Bonita has a growing global fan base.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business preferred; minimum of three (3) years’ experience in restaurant management required; proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic setting; exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong attention to detail; demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions under pressure; proficiency in operational software such as Toast, Seven Rooms, Open Table, or similar platforms preferred; in-depth knowledge of licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and compliance standards; strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, focusing on fostering teamwork across departments
Benefits: salary range between $75,000 and $85,000 per year, medical, dental, and vision insurance
