Position: Front End Manager – Retail – BELLEVUE – WA
About: Albertsons/Safeway is seeking a Front End Manager to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient operations at their store locations. The Front End Manager will oversee daily cash office/bookkeeping duties, customer service counter, and check-out processes while upholding the company’s commitment to personalized service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; ability to lift and maneuver objects up to 55 lbs; knowledge of front-end policies and procedures; proficient in handling difficult situations and supervising employees; familiarity with basic employment law and computer software; mental alertness for safe and accurate work activities; understanding of safety and sanitation procedures
